Enable PhoneBridge in Zoho under Settings > Channels > Telephony > choose for ‘Xelion telephony integration for Zoho’.
1. Install Xelion Marketplace app
Please follow in your application the following steps:
1a. For Zoho CRM: Settings / Marketplace / Telephony / Xelion
1b. Zoho One: Zoho One admin panel / Directory / Marketplace / Telephony / Xelion
1c. Zoho Desk: Settings / Marketplace / All / Xelion
2. Purchase your subscription.
3. Create your account for the Xelion - Zoho Add-on.
Register your account with a personal Password.
You will receive a confirmation email:
After clicking on the verification link, proceed to step 3.
4. Register your Xelion tenant details.
Click on ‘Create new Integration’ to register your Xelion tenant details with the Xelion Telephony Integration for Zoho.
Integration with your Xelion tenant is now ready.
5. Register your Xelion users with the Xelion Telephony Integration for Zoho.
Please note that the first user for the integration must be an administrator user.
To register your Xelion users with the integration, you need to add them manually. In the users section, enter the Xelion username and click on 'Add. Please note that the Xelion username must be the name of the user in Xelion.
Option 1: Send the link to the user, so he / she can do the registration on their own.
When they use the link, they have to login into with their Zoho account and accept the integration terms:

Confirmation message should be shown in the Xelion - Zoho Telephone Integration for Zoho:
Click on ‘Xelion - Zoho’ (left top corner) to add another user.
Option 2: Use the green Integrate now button (only when you make the integration for yourself!)
You can use this button only when you are doing the integration for your own user account.
You will be taken through the same steps as in option 1.
